Age restrictions

• Access to VMS is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
• By making a booking or using our facilities, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. Proof of age may be required upon entry.
• VMS reserves the right to deny access or terminate services for any individual found to be under the age of 18.

Use of VMS

• Users of VMS’ facilities are responsible for their conduct and must adhere to all house rules.
• VMS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
• CCTV is in operation on the premise to ensure everyone’s safety.

At the studio

• No drugs of any kind
• No flames or smoke (smoke detectors and fire alarm system are in place)
• No outdoor play
• Play safely and responsibly
• Use studio and equipment at your own risk
• Please use condoms on all insertable devices and toys
• Check any equipment before engaging in any play
• Report any damages before play
• No removal of equipment from any rooms or studio
• A selection of toys and equipment is available in every room, please get in touch if you need anything specific
• No heels or studded dresses on any leather surfaces
• Respect privacy of other hires
• Keep the noise at a reasonable level, multiple hires in building
• Please put used toys in the provided buckets in each room for specialist cleaning
• Clean lube from floor with provided cleaning utensils (slippery)
