Studio Policies

The following terms and conditions apply to all visitors using Vixen Media Studio.

By submitting a booking, entering the premises or using the studio facilities, guests confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to comply with the terms outlined below.

These guidelines are designed to ensure the studio remains a safe, respectful and enjoyable environment

All guests using Vixen Media Studio must be 18 years of age or older.

Valid photo identification may be requested to confirm age before or during your booking.

Entry will be refused if suitable identification cannot be provided.

All studio bookings must be paid in full in advance before access to the studio is granted.

Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.

Advanced bookings are recommended. In many cases a minimum of three hours notice is required for same-day bookings.

Vixen Media Studio reserves the right to cancel bookings where payment has not been completed.

Guests may arrive up to 15 minutes before the start of their booking.

Visitors must vacate the studio within 15 minutes after their booking ends to allow time for cleaning and preparation for the next visitors.

Failure to vacate on time may result in additional charges.

The studio operates using a secure keypad entry system.

Access codes are provided to confirmed bookings only and must not be shared with anyone outside of the agreed booking.

Guests must only access the rooms and areas included within their booking.

All guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly while using the studio.
The following are strictly prohibited:

• Drug use or illegal substances
• Excessive alcohol consumption or intoxication
• Any form of non-consensual activity
• Damage or misuse of studio equipment
• Disruptive or aggressive behaviour

Vixen Media Studio operates a zero tolerance policy regarding behaviour that may place guests, staff or the property at risk.

Bookings may be terminated immediately if these rules are violated.

Guests must only use equipment that they are confident and knowledgeable in using safely.

Improper use of equipment may result in injury or damage.

If you are unfamiliar with certain equipment, a demonstration session may be arranged in advance.

Guests are responsible for cleaning equipment after use and returning items to their original location.

Any damage to the studio, equipment or furnishings may result in repair or replacement costs being charged to the responsible guest.

Guests should take particular care with leather surfaces, straps and specialist equipment which may be damaged by sharp objects or buckles.

This includes items left in communal areas or vehicles parked outside the building.

Guests are responsible for their own property at all times.

The studio is used entirely at your own risk.

By entering the premises, guests acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of those within their group.

Vixen Media Studio accepts no liability for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow studio guidelines.

All activities taking place within Vixen Media Studio must be fully consensual between all participants.

By entering the studio, guests confirm that all individuals involved in their session have agreed to participate willingly and understand the nature of the activities taking place.

Vixen Media Studio does not supervise or manage sessions and is not responsible for the actions or agreements made between individuals using the studio.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that all activities remain safe, consensual and within legal boundaries.

Vixen Media Studio may be used for photography, filming or live streaming.

Guests who choose to create content within the studio are responsible for ensuring that all participants:

• Are over the age of 18
• Have given clear consent to appear in the content
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform guidelines

Vixen Media Studio accepts no responsibility for the production, distribution or use of any content created within the premises.

If staff believe that a guest may be vulnerable, intoxicated or unable to make informed decisions, access to the studio may be refused or the booking cancelled.

This policy exists to protect the safety and wellbeing of all visitors.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the studio.

For safety reasons the following are also prohibited:

• Open flames
• Candles
• Wax play involving lit flames

These restrictions are in place to protect both guests and the studio environment.

Guests are expected to leave the studio in a tidy condition.

This includes:

• Cleaning equipment after use
• Returning items to their original place
• Placing used towels in the designated tray

Cleaning materials are provided within the studio.

Rooms are designed to accommodate up to five guests within the standard booking.

Additional guests may be permitted with prior agreement and may incur additional charges.

The maximum capacity for a room is 12 people.

This includes situations where guests appear intoxicated, behave inappropriately or violate studio policies.
