Booking & Access
How do I book the studio?
To book the studio, simply complete the booking enquiry form on the website. Once your request is received, availability will be confirmed and payment instructions will be provided.
After payment has been received, you will receive full details along with your private keypad entry code.
How much notice is required to book?
Advanced bookings are recommended, however in many cases three hours notice is sufficient depending on availability.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes. All studio hires must be paid in full before your booking is confirmed.
How do I access the studio?
Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive a secure keypad entry code which allows you to enter the building and access the agreed studio areas privately.
This ensures a discreet and uninterrupted experience.
Privacy & Discretion
Is the studio location public?
No. The exact location of Vixen Media Studio is only shared with confirmed bookings to maintain privacy and discretion.
Will anyone else be present during my booking?
No. The studio operates using a private access system, allowing guests to enjoy the space without staff or reception areas present during their session.
Is my booking confidential?
Yes. Discretion is extremely important to us, and all bookings are handled with respect for your privacy.
Studio Rules
Is there a minimum age requirement?
Yes. All guests must be 18 years or older.
Are drugs or alcohol allowed?
No. Vixen Media Studio operates a zero tolerance policy on drug and alcohol abuse.
Guests who appear intoxicated may have their booking cancelled.
Is smoking allowed inside the studio?
No. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the studio.
Are candles or wax play allowed?
No. For safety reasons lit flames and wax play are not permitted within the studio.
Do I need to clean the equipment after use?
Yes. Guests are expected to clean equipment after use and return items to their original location so the studio is ready for the next visitor.
Cleaning materials are provided.
Studio Facilities
What facilities are available at the studio?
The studio includes:
- Themed dungeon rooms
- Kitchen area with tea and coffee
- Bathroom and shower facilities
- Changing area with mirrors and vanity space
- A range of dungeon furniture and equipment
Basic consumables such as wipes, gloves, lubricant and condoms are also provided.
Can I bring my own equipment?
Yes, guests are welcome to bring their own equipment if they wish. Please ensure all equipment is used safely and responsibly.
Is guidance available for using the equipment?
Yes. Guests who are unfamiliar with certain equipment can arrange a 20 minute equipment demonstration for £40.
This must be arranged in advance.
Groups & Content Creation
How many people can use the studio at once?
Rooms can accommodate up to five people within the standard booking.
Additional guests can attend for £50 per person, with a maximum of 12 people per room.
Can the studio be used for filming or content creation?
Yes. Vixen Media Studio is regularly used by adult content creators who require a unique and atmospheric filming location.
Visiting Mistresses
Can I bring a dominatrix or professional mistress to the studio?
Yes. Many independent dominatrixes use the studio as a venue for their sessions.
All arrangements should be made directly with the individual.
Does the studio provide dominatrix services?
No. Vixen Media Studio is a venue for hire and does not provide or arrange personal services.
Studio Visits
Can I view the studio before booking?
Yes. Private viewings are available.
A 15 minute studio tour costs £30 and must be booked in advance.
Arrival
What time should I arrive?
Guests may arrive 15 minutes before their booking begins.
This allows time to prepare and get comfortable before the session starts.
When do we need to leave?
Guests should vacate the studio within 15 minutes after their booking ends to allow time for cleaning and preparation for the next visitors.
